South of Market Community Action Network (SOMCAN) nurtures the lives of youth, families, individuals and workers in the SOMA district specifically focusing on the immigrant and Filipino communities providing culturally competent services and empowerment.  Designers worked with SOMCAN to design a series of posters and stickers in support of their transit justice campaign.  The transit justice campaign was meant to bring awareness to the high cost of MUNI fares and the impact it has on communities who depend on it the most.  Students  interviewed and met with staff and community members, gathered research and worked through a design process to create a series seven posters that each represented a variety of SF neighborhoods, a portable standing board, as well as stickers featuring their hashtag #FREEMUNI4ALLSF.
