Community Partners

We work with non-profit and community organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area on a variety of design projects. Most work with Community Partners is done in the context of the semester-long Community Engaged Design course. Students work collaboratively on a design thinking process to interview stakeholders, conduct ethnographic and background research, test prototypes, gather feedback and create final outcomes. In addition to visual design such as posters, websites, social media, signage and brochures, our design students have also created strategic solutions that solve larger issues. Through a carefully scaffolded process overseen by expert faculty, our team can identify underlying problems and find the right solution for your goals.
